I would like to thank you so much for the time you spent with my father, before you started visiting him he had no interest in doing anything and he had basically given up. After a few visits from you he had changed dramatically. The patience you have and your caring personality is a real gift, my father began to look forward to seeing you and enjoyed playing cards and painting, a talent we thought he had lost but you showed us different. You became a major part of my father’s life and indeed ours and for this I am truly thankful. - Mrs D taylor

Dear Sally,

We are writing to say how relieved, grateful and impressed we are with the care and help you give our mother. Having an elderly parent who obviously needs support and knowing we are unable to provide the care she really needs is a worry. Since you have started helping with mum we have seen her become more interested and looking forward to the time you spend with her.

Having seen quite a few people come and go over the years- it is truly evident that you bring something different and we are so very happy that mum is happy. Your gentle nature, patience and kindness make such a difference to mum’s days and it helps us feel more confident that she is ok and safe.

Thank you for your professionalism and innate knowledge of what Mum’s needs are.
Again- we are incredibly grateful.

T&F Francis.

Dear Sally,

It has always been my Mother’s wish to stay in her home as she gets older and for a while we thought this may not be the case. However due in the main part of your visits my sister and I can see she is coping with her health and old age well at home now.

Your approach is non-confrontational, kind, friendly and you bring out the best in our mother. You seem to get her to do so much more than others and without any fuss or irritation from mum. Sometimes when she doesn’t want to do things she can get a little frustrated and uncooperative but this never happens when you see her.

We trust you and your approach completely and hope that you continue to work with mum for years to come.

Good Luck with your growing business and we know clients will not want to let you go once they see the magic you bring to their family.
